Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
Q: Why is stone ground flour better than commercial flour? A: Commercial flour is milled with steel rollers. Thoe steel rollers heat up during the milling process and then heat up the flour. When the flour heats up, it loses many of its nutrients. With stone milling, the stones may become warm during milling, but the heat is never transferred to the flour. This way the nutrients remain in the flour.
